We've recently received this photo and e-mail of one of our wood burning pizza ovens in a great setting with a wonderful brick enclosure. The enclosure has been filled with insulation and it seems that according to the e-mail that it's done a very good job!

Pizza oven stood the fire test!  My neighbour decided he would be in charge of the oven and built such a big fire in it he couldn’t stand in front of it, it burnt the knob off the door and ruined my gauntlets (fortunately my brother is a fireman and will replace my glove).  Anyway the pizza party was a great success and the oven did not come to any further harm.
