Our largest oven, but still as simple to construct as the Casa, just three top segments and a base which fit neatly together and create a large cooking area for serious entertaining.

Hand made to order the oven comes complete with the door and the cowl shown and is constructed from high quality refractory material which is strong and long lasting.

The Dimensions of the oven are:

External 1 Metre (39.4 inches) dia.

Internal 800mm (31.5 inches) dia.

Base to top internal 450mm (17.7 inches)

Door opening 432mm (17 inches)

Gross weight approx 270kg's

No of pizzas: 3/4 at a time

The oven is supplied with heat resistant silicone which bonds the sections together securely

The complete oven is £1950, delivery is £75 to most UK addresses
